IEEEmadC Contest
Dear IEEE Iran Section Members,
IEEEmadC stands for Mobile Application Development Contest which a team containing 1 to 3 IEEE members in all academic level (undergraduate, graduate, phd) can participate and win valuable prizes. The purposes of this contest are as follows:
- Increase number of mobile applications related to IEEE and students
- Applications developed in this contest should be focused to benefit IEEE, technology, science or education
- Educate and encourage students to develop mobile applications
- Promote IEEE activities and benefits

Important Dates
- Education & Idea stage: 15th Feb 2016 – 14th Apr 2016
- Workshops / lectures at local branches,
- Describe app idea (max. 150 words) and then wait for approval
- Development stage: 15th Apr 2016 – 31th May 2016
- Development of mobile applications according to the submitted idea
- Judging stage: 1st Jun 2016 – 20th Jun 2016
- Apps judging
- Announcement of Winners: On or before 20th Jun 2016
- Winner declaration

IEEEmadC 2016 Prizes
- First place: $3000
- Second place: $1500
- Third place: iPad
- IEEE Computer Society Special Prize: iWatch + $500
- IEEE Young Professionals Special Prize: $1000
