26th International Computer Conference

On behalf of the CSICC’2021 organizing committee, I am honored and delighted to welcome you to the 26th International Computer Conference affiliated with the Computer Society of Iran. CSICC is among the leading scientific events, gathering researchers and specialists from academia and industry to share their latest research headways and achievements in the field of computer science and engineering. K.N. Toosi University of Technology as a leading technical university in Iran with oldest department in field of communication, is honored to host CSICC during March 3-4 2021. Due to Covid-19 pandemic and for safety of participants, this year’s conference will be conducted online. The conference comprises 14 tracks in the emerging research topics of computer science and engineering, including:  Intelligent systems & Soft computing, Machine learning & Deep learning, Text processing & Social networks, Signal & Image processing, Big data & Cloud computing, Distributed systems, Computer networks, Secure computing, Software engineering, Computer architecture & Digital systems, Cognitive science & Brain, Algorithms & Computations, Electronic learning & teaching, Smart economy & Digital reformation. We are also planning to include some workshops and industry sessions as well as at least four esteemed keynote speeches in the technical program of the conference. The papers could be submitted in both English & Persian language.

As a conference chair of CSICC’2021, I do know that the success of the conference depends ultimately on the many people who have worked with us in planning and organizing both the technical program and supporting social arrangements. In particular, I thank the Program Chairs, the Program Committee, and our sponsors who have helped us to keep down the costs of CSICC for all participants.
