The International Symposium on Smart Grid Operation and Control (ISSGOC) is centered on all control, communication, and operation aspects that are relevant to the Smart Grid and aims at bringing together researchers from universities, industry, and research laboratories to exchange novel ideas, explore enabling technologies, discuss innovative designs, and share field trial experiences and lessons learnt. The ISSGOC which will be organized by University of Kurdistan in Sanandaj, Iran on October 17-18, 2012.
