Registering with 0 or 3 percent Commission

Those candidates who register on 27-28 of Azar in Islamic Azad University, Najafabad branch, the commission will be zero and those who register through Metacomplex official website (www.metacomplex.com/register_ieee) in the same days(27-28 of Azar), the commission will be 3%.
